The theme for our first seminar is “Latest Developments in Trade Law.” Regarding trade law, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) came into effect on December 30, 2018, and the Japan-EU Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) took effect on February 1, 2019.
