We are pleased to announce that Takayuki Sato joined Miura & Partners on July 27, 2026.
Since his admission to the bar in 2017, Takayuki practiced at Kitahama Partners, where he focused primarily on dispute resolution, including litigation. He also gained extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas such as intellectual property, IT, and healthcare.
In 2024, Takayuki joined the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI). At the Healthcare Industries Division of the Commerce and Service Industry Policy Group, he was involved in supporting healthcare startups, promoting the international expansion of the healthcare industry, and fostering inbound medical tourism.
Furthermore, he worked on the Gray Zone Elimination System and the Regulatory Sandbox System, as well as revising relevant guidelines and regulations.
