Miura & Partners (‘M&P’) has established a strategic alliance with Kudun and Partners, a Thai law firm, on 2 October 2025.

M&P opened an office in Bangkok, Thailand, in March 2025 and has been collaborating with M&P Asia Corporation, a consulting firm specializing in Asia and emerging countries which we co-founded in 2021, to provide one-stop support services for legal, taxation, and accounting affairs for Japanese companies in various Asian countries.

We are now pleased to announce that we have entered into a new strategic alliance with the Thai law firm, Kudun and Partners.

Founded in 2015 by Kudun Sukhumananda, Kudun and Partners is a leading full-service law firm in Thailand with 11 partners and more than 60 lawyers. The firm has particular expertise in capital markets, M&A, real estate, REITs, and dispute resolution and also has extensive experience supporting cross-border transactions and disputes for Japanese and Chinese companies and individuals through its Japan and China Practices. Many of its Thai lawyers are proficient in multiple languages, including Chinese, Japanese and English, enabling the firm to serve a diverse client base effectively.

Ryoichi Inoue, head partner of M&P’s Southeast Asia Practice, is regularly based in our Bangkok office. He works in close collaboration with Thai lawyers from both our Bangkok office and Kudun and Partners, alongside Japanese lawyers with expertise across a wide range of practice areas. Together, we are committed to providing enhanced legal services in key fields such as capital markets, M&A, dispute resolution, customs and international trade, tax, and other critical areas.
