Partially limiting operation due to state of emergency

Due to the Japanese government's decision declaring the state of emergency for Tokyo and three neighboring prefectures, our Otemachi Office, Shibuya Office and Kanda Office will limit the number of staff working on-sight.

We have the necessary facilities to enable our lawyers and staff to work from home. During this period, the above-mentioned offices can be contacted as below.

Operating as usual

For calls to lawyers: please call the direct phone number. (Phone number is listed under each lawyer’s biography page on our website.)

For calls to staff: please call the direct phone number. If you do not know the direct number, please send an email to whomever you would like to contact.

For calls to main phone number: you will be put through to voice mail before 10 A.M and after 4 P.M. Please send a message from the contact form via our website.

Operating as usual. Please note that it may take longer than usual to receive a reply.

We can only receive postal mail and couriers in a limited capacity. Please contact the relevant lawyers or section prior to sending any document by mail or courier as there may not be immediate delivery of items sent through these methods.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
